By downloading, installing, or using MailBox Pro ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

MailBox Pro is a desktop email client that connects to Google's Gmail API to allow you to manage your Gmail accounts. The Application provides email browsing, sending, searching, and local storage functionality.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use the Application, you must authorize it to access your Gmail account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. By authorizing, you grant the Application permission to read, send, and delete emails on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your local device and the data stored on it
You are responsible for all activities performed through the Application using your Gmail accounts
You must comply with Google's Terms of Service when using Gmail through this Application

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of the developer. Google, Gmail, and related trademarks are the property of Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
